Meet The Team

Dr. Terilyn Pott -I work Friday and Saturday. No availability for new clients until April 2023. If interested in being on a waitlist please contact.

21-Terilyn-Headshots-30.Aug.2020-2004My name is Terilyn Pott. I am a registered psychologist within the province of Alberta (4073) since 2013 and have a PhD in Counselling Psychology.

I have a open and flexible approach to therapy and believe that one size does not fit all. My goal is to figure out what works best for you, to help you achieve what you want in life. I view counselling as a collaborative process where we discuss your goals, wishes, hopes and needs to help you find ways to obtain these.

Training:
I have a PhD in Educational Psychology, having specialized in working with chronic health, cancer, and trauma. My masters training was focused on depression, anxiety, phobias, and OCD. I have spent a lot of my training exploring different forms of therapy, and incorporate both traditional and artistic/creative methods into my work. All of my work is informed from a feminist perspective and I welcome those from the LGBTQ2SIA+ community.

Alyssa Hryciw – I work Monday and Tuesday, and am seeking new clients.

I am a registered psychologist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta.

Each individual has the capacity to heal; my role is to provide the support and guidance to achieve this. I believe that everyone experiences and processes events differently, so it is important to assist healing in a unique manner that fits each client. To achieve this, I use collaborative evidence-based approaches, including working with emotions, facilitating insight, and forming a safe space to fully explore the existing source of suffering.

I have experience working with individuals (adults, adolescents) and couples who struggle with addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and difficult life transitions. I incorporate a feminist approach and welcome those from the LGBTQ2SIA+ community.
