Registered Provisional Psychologist - Friday, Saturday & Sunday

I'm a Provisional Psychologist and I'm actively seeking new clients. I have long been dedicated to supporting individuals facing anxiety and self-esteem challenges, both through my personal experiences and professional work. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, empathetic environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. I am committed to partnering with you on a personalized journey, helping you discover strategies that align with your unique needs and empower you to live a fulfilling and authentic life.

Let’s work together to unlock your potential, foster resilience, and create a path to the life you envision.

I am supervised by Dr. Terilyn Pott.

Training

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and have extensive experience supporting individuals across all age groups—children, adolescents, and adults—facing a wide range of challenges. Whether navigating school pressures, family dynamics, or mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or self-esteem issues, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session.

I specialize in using a strengths-based, personalized framework that integrates proven therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet your unique needs.

Additionally, I have advanced training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples, equipping me to support you in coping with the most difficult emotional challenges.

I am trained in EMDR therapy for trauma and am actively seeking clients for this.
