Registered Provisional Psychologist - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
I'm a Provisional Psychologist and I'm actively seeking new clients. I have long been dedicated to supporting individuals facing anxiety and self-esteem challenges, both through my personal experiences and professional work. Having navigated these issues myself, I understand firsthand the importance of compassion and a non-judgmental space in the therapeutic process. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, empathetic environment where you can freely explore your thoughts and feelings. I am committed to partnering with you on a personalized journey, helping you discover strategies that align with your unique needs and empower you to live a fulfilling and authentic life.
I am supervised by Dr. Terilyn Pott.
Training
I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge and have extensive experience supporting individuals across all age groups—children, adolescents, and adults—facing a wide range of challenges. Whether navigating school pressures, family dynamics, or mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, trauma, or self-esteem issues, I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session.
I specialize in working with adults and adolescents, using a strengths-based, personalized framework that integrates proven therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet your unique needs.
Additionally, I have advanced training in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples, equipping me to support you in coping with the most difficult emotional challenges.
Let’s work together to unlock your potential, foster resilience, and create a path to the life you envision.
